Reservations:

New clients must set up an initial consultation prior to making any pet sitting appointments. Returning customers can make reservations by telephone or email. Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet or home needs more time than scheduled, it will be added and billed to you.

Service Hours:


Services are typically offered between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. If you need something outside of these hours it can usually be accommodated for an extra fee.

Payments:

Payment in full is expected prior to the beginning of service. Cash or check is the only method of payment accepted right now.

Cancellations:

A 50% service fee will be charged when given less than 24 hours notice; however, on holidays we require three days notice, and will charge you in full for services requested. If you do forget to cancel and we show up for an unneeded appointment, you will be charged for requested services.
